Study: Hospitals susceptible to phishing email clicks

A new JAMA study shows that employees at U.S. healthcare institutions may be susceptible to phishing emails. Researchers sent 2.9 million emails simulating phishing attacks to hospital employees in a multicenter study—and they clicked on one in seven. The study’s authors recommend email simulation campaigns for improving hospital cybersecurity. (JAMA)
